1st Timothy 3:16 is a good strong reference for this idea.
Isaiah 9:6 and 9:7 also give light on the idea of the Almighty, invisible, omnipresent, all powerful, God, caused a babe to be born to a virgin ( a woman who had never known a man) (to the Hebrews when it was said of a young maiden that she had never known a man, it meant in the intimate sense of fully and deeply knowing to have his child)
The Spirit of God caused the virgin Mary to conceive, that is how God prepared a body for Jesus.
Jesus did not inherit the same fallen spirit from Adam that we inherited, but He was conceived by the Spirit of God. Thus He was born in intimate communication with God by the Spirit of God.
When Adam disobeyed God, his spirit died. Adam is the great great great .... great grandfather of us all, for he was the first man, from whom we all came. We all inherited of him, that same fallen spirit, dead to God, but alive to sin.
Jesus was not born with that spirit of Adam, but with the Spirit of God, his heavenly Father.
Jesus lived the perfect life. Free from sin. Accomplishing a perfect score, which He gave to us.
Then came the time that the devil thought he was winning by having Jesus crucified. The devil thought he was getting rid of the only begotten Son of God, and thwarting the plan of God. Had he known that God had planned the whole thing, the devil would not have led the multitude to crucify the Lamb of God.
For the Lamb of God came to take away the sins of the world. He was born to live that perfect life, then with that perfect record, free from sin to be offered as sacrifice for all sin, to pay the penalty of death for sin, once and for all.
The debt is paid, by the shed blood of Jesus at the cross, in the strength of His life, He allowed His life to be taken and by the shedding of His blood, the penalty of death is paid.
All who believe, receive. Those who deny what HE did for them, they get to pay their own debt for themselves.
For the wages of sin is death, and all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. And he that breaks the law in one point is guilty of it all, for it is like unto a glass, a goblet, that is one, and to break the glass at any point in its boundary is to make it all broken So all have earned, by their sin, the penalty of death. There is none without sin, no not one, we all have sinned.
The lying, the stealing, the hateful thoughts which are equivalent to murder under the law, the lack of love, the wishing for something someone else has (coveting), the breaking of the Sabbath, the failure to love, honor, and obey God, the serving of other things besides God, serving money for the sake of money, serving man for the sake of pleasing man, all these and more are idolatry, not to even take time here to get into demon worship and other false idols. And who has not failed to honor their father and mother?
These are the commandments of God, and they are one, summed up in divine love,... and to break any part, is to break the whole.
So you see, there is no one who can righteously say he is innocent.
But the mercy of God rejoices over judgment.
He has forgiven all.
And paid the full penalty for all. For all.
And He has given the Righteousness of God and Eternal Life to all. Believe what HE has done, and it is yours through the faith God has given you in what He has done.
Consider Jesus, the Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary, Emanuel..... who lived the perfect life free from sin who willingly allowed Himself to be taken to the cross to serve as the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world,
At that cross, God reconciled all things to Himself through Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
The penalty of death was paid for all by One perfect sacrifice.
All who believe, receive the benefit of what He did.
Consider Jesus hanging upon that cross, taking your sin upon Himself, paying the penalty with His own death through the shedding of His precious blood.
Know and believe.
Repent of your sin.
Be baptized.

Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth... The Spirit of Truth will lead you into all truth. John 4:24 John 14:17 John 16:13 Psalm 31:5
The same Spirit that He gave up on the cross, He has sent to us, that we might be comforted. The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, He gives to all who will receive.
He has not left us alone, nor to our own devices, but He has sent as He has promised, the Spirit from God for those who believe.
God in the flesh, this is the miracle of the birth of Jesus, Emanuel.
And the miracle continues daily,
