Hitler's SS:

The SS (Shutzstaffel) or Praetorian Guard was Hitler's personal bodyguard unit. Constructed after the takeover of Germany, The SS was based on absolute loyalty to the Fuhrer himself and not to any Laws of Government

Saddam Hussein's Fedayeen:

His Fedayeen were a group of people known to be volunteers, not connected to an organized government or military, in the Arab and Muslim world. They were usually deployed for a cause where the government has been viewed as failure or non-existent. They owed their loyalty to ONLY SADDAM and not to any Laws of Governent.

Obama's CINSF:

(Civilian National Security Force) Will be Obama's personal group of volunteers, not connected to any Government Laws, and owing their allegiance to Obama ONLY.
