Dear Mom & Dad
How are you? I am fine. First I would like to thank you for providing me the address of the people & your idea to notice my situation to your family. I have gone through your latter & understand it well. My dearest mom and dad if you think, any steps that can be taken by you is important, please do so. I am very much comfortable (publishing my medical history etc on your web site). Regarding my entire situation. Who I am, where I am from, my finical medical history, her is a short details.
My name is Senait Gebrehiwot I am 21 years old, I am Ethiopian, I am an elder daughter to my family, & still living with my parents. I am working in private Company as an assistant secretary; I am attending class in a collage in the evening program I study secretarial science and office management.
I live with my parents. About my parents, Mom is still alive my dad had passed away almost 3 years ago now we live with mom. I have three sisters and on brother we all living together. My father was a civil servant &his income was sufficient to cover our expenses. After my father passed away our expense is dependent on pension. As to my income I get monthly salary of 250 Birr (i.e. 31U.S dollar) in a month. This will cover my transportation & school fee. in fact hard to say. I think this will give you some highlight about my finical status.
Long ago when I was a child almost 5 years. I got a car accident, which results damage to my left leg. After a series medication & follow up tanks to God I survived, still I have a problem to my left part of the leg.
I took a treatment in the Hospital as an in-patient and out patient for years. However, the treatment was not successful. Now my left leg is shorter than the right one by 14cms. Therefore the Hospital agreed that I need further treatment but my family can't afford to cover the expenses required for the medical treatment abroad. For your reference I have attached my medical case paper, which was issued by the medical doctors. More or less this is a short detail of my history.
